The PeopleSmart METHOD: We provide interactive, on-line DISC Certification classes followed by a customized access to on-line DISC Personal, Job Matching, and Team Profiling services that participants can package and sell to their markets. Our target market is professionals, coaches, trainers, teachers, parents, and key organization leaders. Our training is for any provider of DISC Profiles. Applications for DISC Profiles include providing the information that allow one to make better career, hiring, and relationship choices, enhanced personal and professional relationships, and better teamwork through balanced team member selection.The uniqueness of our training is the in-depth background and insight into completely accurate DISC Profile interpretations that are possible once completing our course.
