ABOUT CAROL DYSART M.Sc Counseling

Carol Dysart is the founder of a service known as PeopleSmart Solutions, an on-line people-skills profiling, consulting, and training services entity that focuses on people-skills based profile report. Through the power of the Internet, she offers MyProfiles123 - a customizable profiles administration platform she licenses from Dr. Tony Alessandra - a friend and client of Carol's since 1979.  It is from this that profiles from several different publishers are available to other individuals and organizations their own customized, branded Competency Assessments and Personal fit-to-Work Profiling sites for their own in-house use.

In everything she does, she is intuitive to how people feels and encourages them to find their greatest gift - their talents and essence which is found within. It is what she calls being "PeopleSmart":

Carol’s "traditional education"  background includes a B.S. in Education from UCLA and a Masters Degree in Counseling from San Diego State University but she has also studied extensively with Landmark Education Corporation, the Excellerated Business Schools for Entrepreneurs® and Money & You®.  She is also a founding member of TheWINonline.com – a live and on-line network of free educational programs involving “Women helping Women” and she plans to do more live training with them in some of the 175 countries who are modeling their WIN organization after the USA model. Carol's personal network includes many mentors and personal associates who are among the leaders in the Transformational Education and "Conscious Capitalism" movement. 

Carol is an author and co-author of several books on the subject of Business, Sales, DISC and Personality. This makes  her a popular speaker at workshops, retreats, and conferences.  Her speaking style is warm, engaging and confident. Her technical training is practical and interactive - using accellerated learning techniques that get immediate results. 

Carol actively writes and teaches now through her affiliate with The WIN (Women's Information Network) by being a Show Host with audios, videos, blogs, and now through their eBook department will be providing eBooks for uploading into all the eReader platforms available.  With over 30 years as a committed instructor and coach with Money & You(r) programs world-wide, she joined its new promoters, the team of Compassion Happens, Inc, and The S.C.E.N.E - (Socially Conscious Educational Network for Entrepreneurs) through which she offers webinar interview and gives their graduates deeper understanding on themselves via the language of DISC.  She loves and teaches the principles taught in "Money & You" given it by mentor R.Buckminster Fuller ("Bucky").  As she heads into the second "half" of her life.  (Bucky told her class in 1980 that people would be living well past age 130 if they were under 40 in 1970 and kept in good health!).

Carol's clients include not only her education and seminar clients:  Money & You®, Chris Howard Seminars, Frontier Trainings, the Business School for Entrepreneurs® and Unitec in New Zealand where she was part of the Masters in Entrepreneurship program, but corporations which include High Technology Systems, the US Navy - SPAWAR, General Motors, Carlton Hotels, Robert Half Recruitment, Kinross Recruiting, and many other large and small businesses in the USA, Malaysia, New Zealand, Australia, and China. One of her books, co-authored with DC Cordova, Money-Making Systems is now translated into Chinese as as a popular textbook at Beijing University.

Carol's  PeopleSmart Profiling Process:

1.     Complimentary profiling session for the executive decision maker, followed by a meeting is held to determine what the company’s needs and highest priorities are and discussing a strategy that can be designed to meet time, budget, and goals. 

2.     Once the profiles are completed, a private or group debrief is set up - either on site or by webinar/teleseminar.

3.     Carol facilitates meetings to help design the specific applications the organization wants to use.

4.    Private meetings are held with each team leader or manager to discuss their team’s profiles and how to maximize, motivate and manage each person on the team.

5.   Carol trains a designated person to administer and hold interpretation sessions for employees and other staff members in the future, then is available for weekly calls until everyone is trained and feeling comfortable with the process..
