The Platinum Rule Profiles - Reports are similar to that in the DISCstyles reports, but they use different terminology for the four styles: Director, Socializer, Relater, Thinker.

DISCUS™ Personal Profile - This has been the PeopleSmartSolutions primary DISC product line since 1998 for all business consulting applications as it is based on DISC but also is used to generate the DISCUS™ Relationship Analysis and/or the DISCUS™Team Analysis reports. Produces a 12 page report and is popular for teaching DISC distinctions in seminars or when comparing people and jobs. Note its unique feature called the "Shift Pattern" on the graphs page, making clear how a person may be shifting their natural style to accomodate their assumptions of work requirements.

DISCUS™ Relationship Profile - A comparative report showing the impact of two people's styles on each other in any relationship - personal or business. Available if the DISCUS™ Personal Profile has been completed by both people.

DISCUS™ Team Profile Combines the results of the entire team's responses to the DISCUS™ Personal Profile. Shows the demands on leader by this particular team and who the emerging leaders are.

DISCUS™Job Profile - Used to clarify the expectations of the job or role of a person in a specific company culture or department and to compare a person's natural and adapted style with it. Requires input from at least 3 people and a facilitation process to gain consensus of all the parties giving input. The final report is kept in that company's Master Job Library and can be used to compare unlimited numbers of people's profiles with the DISCUS™ Personal Profileabove.
