Module 1 6-10 hours of study plus 3 live calls	DISC BASICS and Keys to Interpretation	Gain a thorough understanding of what the DISC Graph shows. Know how to administer and how to provide the most helpful interpretations of a DISC Profile. Use to enhance your own coaching and leadership skills.	Includes your own Personal profile and a Private Debrief of it at your DISC Basics Final Session plus webinar to learn how to generate profiles on line.
Module 2 3-6 hours of study plus 1 live facilitated call.	ROLE and JOB PROFILING	How to Administer and Facilitate a Job Profile for career planning, recruiting or hiring. Match right people to the right jobs and create happier work environments.	Includes webinar on how to profile Jobs and Profile matching.
Module 3 3-6 hours of study plus 1 live facilitated call.	TEAM and RELATIONSHIP Facilitation	How Team Leaders can use DISC to identify and balance each team for high productivity. Also how to pick right team members initially.	Includes practice in creating team profiles and Relationship Profiles for couples or Partners
Module 4 3-6 hours of study plus2 live facilitated call.	DISC in SALES and MARKETING	How to Monetize your Profiling Business, including Consulting, Training, Marketing, Promoting and Networking skills and solutions.	Includes help in creating your own DISC Sales Presenation
Advanced Study and Application	DISC MASTERY and Corporate Consulting.	Private 1:1 coaching and advanced training needed for a applying DISC into corporate consulting settings. Successful candidates will take on consulting roles iwth PeopleSmart.	Private Coaching tools and Corporate preparation.

All Module 1 graduates are included in our free, regular monthly Mastery tele-seminars with Carol and her team, getting answers to profiling questions that come up during practice .
