On-going updates and support isprovided at all levels of training by Carol and the PeopleSmart Solutions team of trainers. Power Points and Training materials to assist you in presentations and training sessions will be available as needed. Most of the time a call or email to Carol Dysart will get a personal answer to any questions that arise about the profiles within 24 hours. As new training is developed by Carol or other team members it can be added to the products and services available from the TheDISCGuru.info site.

Consulting Associates receive unlimited profiling units in advance and training in how to market profiles at Retail from their own Affiliate links or by reselling them to their clients as Associates.  (See www.CarolDysart.com/Associates1.html for details.  This allows their clients to take and receive profiles directly on line.  DISC reports are available in Work, Sales, Leadership, and DISC 360° applications. 

Additional Effectiveness Profiles:  Every associate may also offer for resale at retail or wholesale 12 non-DISC-related profiles through your own site including: Leadership, Management, Sales, Customer Service, and Coaching Effectiveness, Emotional Intelligence, Negotiations, Change Management, Time Management, and Team Building.

Terms and Conditions

COMMITMENT:

By registering for this PeopleSmart Solutions Train-the-Trainer DISC Certification Program, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

Format: The course is self-study, debriefed with Carol Dysart by phone or SKYPE (caroldysart) by appointment, and “Proof of Understanding” quizzes to check comprehension. It includesprivate consultations and debriefs of your own personal DISC Profile, demonstrations of interpretations for others, all training materials, regular updates, savings on all profiles and books, plus a certain amount of demo profiles during training and for promotion to key decision makers will be provided by PeopleSmart Solutions.

Tuition and Payment Terms:

Train-the-Training DISC Certification: The fee for the complete program is $2,500.  This includes all materials and the profiles at wholesale rates with even further discounts for volumes of 150 or more ordered at once.  After your first year, a monthly maintenance fee of $50/month provides continued access to Carol for mentoring, wholesale pricing on all profiles and the right to use all Certification materials to train others. 

Deposit: A $250 deposittowards the complete program fee is requested upon acceptance of this application to cover initial training materials and the Assessment Center web site setup.  The greatest discount on profiles will be immediately available upon receipt of the full payment.  Other terms for the balance due may be worked out privately with Carol Dysart as agreed.

Commissions: PeopleSmart will pay consultant from 10% to 20% referral fees for consulting or licensing contracts carried out by PeopleSmart Solutions and full affiliate commissions will be paid monthly on all products sold retail through our site when those commissions equal $50 or more. Each consultant who resells PeopleSmart Solutions Training, Certification, or Mini Profiling Licenses using PeopleSmart Enterprises copyrighted materials will receive at least a 20% referral fee.

Before final Certification in Train-the-Trainer program, student must lead at least three trainings - #1 to be delivered by Carol Dysart with the student assisting, #2 to be delivered 50/50 with student, #3 to be delivered 100% by student but observed by Carol Dysart or another of our Certified training team.  Fees for these qualification trainings shall be:

#1: 80% to Carol Dysart (if student secures deal – if not 100%to Carol Dysart,

#2: 60% to Carol and 40% to student.

#3: 80% to student and 20% to Carol (less referral fees for booking and securing the contract.)
